Individual or family donors play a key part in offsetting some of the high costs associated with staging Pumpkin Fest. Nearly 40% of our sponsorship funds in 2023 were contributed by individual or family donors.

Individual or family donors have the option of making a donation at a sponsor level or providing a donation of another amount. In 2023 one family was an anonymous Event Night Sponsor (now $800) and we had a number of individuals/families provide Music Sponsorships ($400). However, we would be thrilled with any amount you would like to contribute. In 2023 we had 10 different individual sponsors contribute from $50 to $1,000.

Some sponsors made use of the publicity related to the Music Sponsorship (announcements and signboard) as a memorial to a family member. These can be used to show support for a specific performer. We also had a number of Music Sponsors remain an anonymous “Friend of Silvermont.” We only ask that any identification or dedication  remain individual or family oriented such as “The Smith Family,” “John and Mary Jones,” “Ted Johnson in honor of Banjo Williams,” etc. Currently, we have three Event Nights and four Music Sponsorships available.

Event Night Sponsor – $800 – Family name or dedication to be placed on event social media and on separate signage at the sponsored event night(s).

Special Music Sponsor – $400 – Family name or dedication to be listed on event social media and the 2 ft x 3 ft sign board displayed at gazebo where event band plays. Sponsor will be announced by performers.
